Relocation Will Expand Detroit Office By More Than 160 Percent, Integrate Capabilities to Better Serve Customers SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Jan. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Linamar Corporation has integrated its Detroit-area employees into one expanded location -- the Linamar Automotive Customer Center -- further positioning the company for continued growth in the automotive industry. The office, which officially opens today, gives Linamar 160 percent more space than its previous offices. It will unify Linamars Detroit-based sales team and the McLaren Performance Technologies sales, marketing and engineering team to provide customers with advanced support in the design, testing and analysis of engine transmission and chassis systems. Linamar acquired McLaren in 2003. The 24,000 square-foot suite is on the ninth floor of Travelers Tower I, on Evergreen Road between M-10 (Lodge) and I-696.
